Elliott B. Rosenbaum, Psy.D.

CIVIL TEAM, MILITARY PSYCHOLOGY

Dr. Rosenbaum is a board certified clinical psychologist and former active duty U.S. Navy psychologist, serving as chief clinical and forensic psychologist for the southeast region and head of largest military mental health clinic in the region with 50,000 patients enrolled to the clinic. He earned his doctorate at The George Washington University, School of Professional Psychology and served his Internship at The National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda.

Dr. Rosenbaum has performed over 1,000 mental health evaluations and is an experienced Expert Witness in civil, criminal and military courts with a specialty in post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and malingering. He routinely conducts Compulsory Medical Evaluations (CME) using objective psychological testing to form his opinions. He has published two books and is conducted research on health, wellness and mental health treatment. Dr. Rosenbaum is currently the head of a thriving mental health evaluation and treatment private practice.
